The hotel is close to the center and good restaurants. A spar is nearby. I found the breakfast good, with many options. The spa is nice, and the bar is lively. I found the staff friendly and accommodating.
I noticed the rooms are a bit outdated.

unhygienic toilet brush cramped bathroom
the toilet brush in my suite still had remnants from previous guests eww very unhygienic for a so called upscale hotel the bathroom felt cramped due to the sloping ceilings not ideal in a suite especially at the price i paid

great bar good restaurant breakfast buffet
The hotel has a great bar with a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant offers good food TOO! The breakfast buffet, in particular, was very good. A GREAT way to start the day. The location is very convenient for both access to the pistes and the shops in the town.
During our stay i WAS not pleased with the disrespectful and rude behavior of the night reception staff.

Excellent stay in a prime location
early check-in varied breakfast ski locker
The staff allowed early check-in. The parking garage is located directly across the street. I did reserve and pay in advance for it. Breakfast offered great variety. Ski lockers provided easy slope access.
Sound proofing was not great and neighbors could be easily heard.

The hotel is near the nursery school meeting point. Main lifts are close, and the heart of the village is easily accessible. This central situation made getting around very easy.

The bar features live music twice a week. The restaurant provides traditional, delicious food with excellent service. Staff members are friendly and professional (a definite plus).

My beautiful family room had enough space. The room was clean and tidy. The room had comfortable beds (i slept very well).
